Terms Of Service
We ship live animals FedEx Overnight to your door and only to the Continental U.S. Delivery is made usually by 10:30 am. Someone must be present to accept shipments on the First Delivery Attempt (no matter the delivery time) or all live arrival guarantees are void. We are FedEx Certified
Shipping price depends on weight and delivery distance (usually $40-80)
Guarantee
All animals will be healthy and feeding, as well as properly sexed. We work very hard to keep our animals healthy and clean. We house each animal individually and provide the best possible care.
We guarantee live arrival only if there’s someone to sign for the package on the First delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time). All animals are shipped in an insulated box with a heat pack or cold pack according to temperatures.
Our animal’s health is guaranteed for 10 days after shipment arrival. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase you should contact us within 24 hours after received of shipment.
Animals can be returned during this period of time (24 hrs) for a refund minus shipping expenses. Full credit can also be given on the purchase of another animal of greater value.
Payments:
All payments must be cleared before shipping. We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cash, and Checks.

Payment plans are accepted. If you wish to hold an animal a 25% *non-refundable deposit is required.
Payment plans are available for 1 month on anything over $400 and under $1000, 2 months from $1000 to $2000 and 3 months on anything over $2000.
*Deposits are non-refundable in the event the buyer can no longer pay for the animal, or no longer wants to purchase the animal, or wishes to buy a different animal unless the different animal is of greater value.
